The problem of hair loss also known as alopecia areata is a very common issue and is an autoimmune ailment. It has features of continuous loss of hair in single or several areas on the face, scalp, or other parts of the body. It is a very common problem and every other individual in around 50 experiences this problem. In the hair loss issue, the scalp faces the highest damage.

While facing this issue, no mutual symptoms are there, and also the scalp seems normal. In rare conditions, alopecia areata turns out to be more extensive than other forms of issues. In its subtypes, the alopecia totalis leads to a total loss of the scalp hair. Whereas, in the case of alopecia universalis, hair loss occurs in every part of the body hair, like in eyebrows, underarms, eyelashes, and others. But this condition is not permanent and the patients suffer from loss of hair for a short duration. Also, it does not cause any discomfort but influences the body hair which is very crucial and it can repeat itself even after the stoppage of the hair loss.
